AN EXPERTLY GUIDED CACAO CEREMONY
Sat 22nd August, 3-5pm
House of Moon Studio, 159 Marlbrough Road, N4 3TF

You probably recognise the feeling of ending the day exhausted, living the same day on repeat, holding everything together, and feeling left behind.
At the same time, we have drifted away from the connections that make us feel seen. It's become harder to find the time and the community we need to share the heaviness we hold, without feeling judged.

You start the ceremony by setting an intention.
We then use ceremonial-grade cacao to help you reflect on that intention.
We hold space for whatever comes up with breathwork, music and guided reflection.
We integrate the experience so you leave with a profound next step.
If you enjoyed it, you're welcome to come back again!

Long before it became a chocolate bar, cacao was medicine used by indigenous communities across Mesoamerica for thousands of years. Ceremonial grade cacao is stone ground from whole beans, rich in theobromine and anandamine.

Cacao supports the nervous system in coming out of fight or flight and into a place of rest, where real reflection becomes possible. Racing thoughts start to settle and people hear their inner voice. In our experience, it leaves you clearer about what you actually want.

The cacao we work with is sourced directly from an indigenous cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico. This is cacao's ancestral home, the region where the Maya first cultivated it and treated it as sacred medicine.

After spending decades chasing sucess (Jay in management consulting and Disha in the NHS), we built the Ollinova Method to help people break the patterns that hold them back. Our work has been shaped by 2,000+ hours of training across yoga therapy, breathwork, neuroscience, psychology and coaching.
We spent the last 12 months living in Mexico to have an experiential understanding on the indegenous use of sacred medicines.

If this is your first time, we will welcome you to try. Most people in that room will be first-timers too, and it doesn't matter if you come alone.
If part of you is wondering whether this is too much, too unfamiliar, too far outside what you would normally do, we ask that you come with an open mind and see what happens.
You also don't need to come with anything except your water, a journal and a pen. Wear something that allows you to move and sit comfortably.
